Serves 2 Ingredients: 3 CHicken Thigh pieces(boneless & Skinless) Traditional Basil and Pine nut Pesto 2 cloves fresh garlic handful Snow peas half to 1 iceburg Lettuce half bunch broccili Liquid Chicken Stock Ripe Tomato 99% fat free Feta Cheese Kalamata or other olive - pitted preff Rice/egg noodles (not ness - what ever you prefer) Method: 1. Cut Chicken into bite sized pieces. heat pan till hot. Throw chicken pieces into pan - DO NOT USE OIL or BUTTER. 2.add a table spoon of pesto and add garlic cloves chopped finely. stir continuously so its not burned. 3.Pour hot water over rice noodles or egg noddles and warm through till they separate. 4. COmbine salad ingredients in a large bowl. 5. CUt Broccili into bitesized pieces and add to chicken - add another tabel spoon of peto and approx 3 table spoons of chicken stock. 6.stir till broccili is slightly heated. 7. add noodles (if you wish) on top of salad. and pour chicken and broccili over noodles including juice and oils from pan. mix till combined. searve IMEEDIATELY. :) its tops and quick.

can i have some feed back on the chicken salad.. has anyone tried it.. does anyone like it.. ? does anyone have suggestions.. ?
