Instead of using oil to grease your pan for stirfrys. why not use 99% Fat Free Chicken/Beef/Vege Stock, it works the same. and tastes better heat the stock till its boiling (and only use as much as you would oil) and throw veges in wok. its gooood.

dunno if I believe it's the same. Vegetable stock is water based and boils at about 100C, depending on the oil you use it boils somewhere between 150C and 300C, ie it can get a lot hotter. If your energy intake is too high you're probably better off using less oil and cutting out meat from your diet, just an opinion.

ok the post hitler! have you TRIED IT? it works very well.. basically it jsut stops the veges from sticking to the pan.. may not taste exactly the same.. but its definately better for you..

Why cut the meat out? Lean cuts of good quality provide all essential amino acids and other valuable nutrients at very reasonable calories per gram. Cut the cream cakes out, better option!
