Hey friend, don't go with these types of anti smoking pills. If you really want to quit then be determined for it and quit it in a natural way. If weight is your problem then you should also go with some exercises side by side.

Hello Calvin, Unfortunately it's not that easy! I'm sure we all wish it was. But when you've been seriously addicted to smoking for a long time - for me its been 45 years - it's very hard to turn that switch off. I was very wary of taking any type of pill. I'm not the kind of man who takes a pill for a headache even But taking champix was the only way for me to stop. And it's worked. After the 12 week course I am now a fully fledged non smoker. I'm not sure if you're a smoker yourself Calvin, but I'm sure you'll agree - each to their own. Fags are a hard habit to kick. That's why we're on these support forums. But I do agree with you on the exercise bit - I could always be doing more of that!
