What i want to know is on a scale of 1 to 10 how bad are the side effects and is it worth it for the whole process? I know all about that coughing - I'd been coughing for so many years I never noticed it anymore. But now its really eased up. Plenty of rotten gunge came out at the beginning (sorry for the details) but it got better over the course. I'm still not fit enough. Exercise is my next target. My wife and I have been cycling on the weekends, but as a non smoker she's much fitter than me. It takes a long time for the lungs to clear themselves. I dont think I've got enough time left for them to be completely clean again! But for the sake of your coughing DT, it sounds like you should give it a try.
