Since I last smoked, the sicknes feeling went away about 4-5 days ago. I know I dont need to smoke anymore, and I'm happy not to have to smoke, but sometimes I do still think about it- and feel like I would like to have one, and like something is missing, anyone else feel like that?

Hi Jo.kat I dooo! I keep feeling like I've forgotten something. I check my handbag before I leave in the morning and think 'something's not in there'. And I'm finding it strange that I have so much more time on my hands now. Well done you on reaching two weeks. I'm only on day 3 smoke-free, but doing pretty well. Cheers Kaz

Awesome news here! For me it has been a few months and I feel great. Like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders! I used to walk everywhere and have a cigarette, it would pass the time. now I hold a coffee or talk on my phone or just enjoy not having anything in my hand. My pockets are no longer bulging with a cigarette box and lighter... As I said a weight has been lifter. How about you? Best is though, after a night out... no stinking closes or the feeling that someone shat in my mouth... gross I know but you know what i mean I hope! Houghton

Yep, sure do. I'm even saving on perfume 'cos I don't need to cover up the smoke smell. It's all good. Cheers Kaz

I defintely feel different, like a new person, since I stopped smoking. The house doesn't smell as much as it used to - although I think Ive lost my sense of smell over the years. My daughter who doesnt smoke, says it will probably be a while yet until it smells fresh. But she's letting her kids come over on the weekends now - that was the reason I did it! I think I'm getting a stronger sense of taste too. My wife can't believe that champix has worked! I think that she didn't believe anything would work on me.
